Visit Tacoma MINI for Expert Service

Tacoma MINI is conveniently located at 3901 20th Street East in Tacoma, WA, just off I-5. Our service center is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM to fit your schedule. for your convenience. 

When you arrive, simply park in one of the spots along the side of the building. A friendly Service Advisor will be there to check you in and get the process started. 


Scheduling Options

The easiest way to schedule your appointment is by calling our Service Department directly at 253-517-2600. One of our friendly Service Representative will be happy to assist you.

You can also request an appointment through our Online Scheduler. Once your request is submitted, a Service Representatives will reach out to confirm and finalize your appointment. 


Transportation Options

Waiting Appointment: If your appointment is expected to take around 2 to 3 hours, feel free to relax in our comfortable waiting area. You're welcome to stay as long as needed. We offer complimentary snacks, drinks, and free Wi-Fi to help make your wait more enjoyable. 

Drop Off: Prefer not to wait? You're welcome to drop off your vehicle for any service or repairs. For routine maintenance, we typically need your vehicle for approximately half a day. 

Courtesy Vehicle: For appointments that require a full day or longer, we offer courtesy vehicles by reservation. These may be from our own fleet or provided through Enterprise. To check availability and eligibility, please contact our Service Department in advance.

Our factory-trained technicians specialize in MINI vehicles and use the latest diagnostic tools and equipment to ensure every job is done right. For added convenience, we work directly with your insurance company to help make your experience as smooth as possible.
